Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption patterns using proprietary foresight frameworks
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map alternative futures
- Analyze global data streams (geopolitical, economic, technological) to identify inflection points
- Produce high-impact trend briefings for C-suite clients with actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Maintain the Horizon Foresight Database with real-time trend intelligence
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published foresight projects with measurable impact
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term strategy
