Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across technology, policy, and social dynamics to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop quantitative foresight models using proprietary data platforms and machine learning tools
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in emerging markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Mentor junior analysts and build the organization's future-focused capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex data into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in fast-paced tech or consulting environments
- Published research or recognized contributions to futurist discourse
