Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities across emerging tech ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to anticipate disruptive forces in global markets
- Champion strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of futurists, technologists, and designers
- Present visionary frameworks at industry conferences and board meetings
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting long-term strategy
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and uncertainty
