Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation pipeline aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and prototype solutions
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders to drive alignment and investment
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
