- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business frameworks for executive decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at premier global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainability megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or patents in innovation strategy or emerging technologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments
