Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks and trend reports for executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams to embed foresight into decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research consortia, and global innovation ecosystems
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investor community
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies in corporate environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Portfolio published in industry journals or conference presentations on future trends
