- Produce executive-ready foresight reports and strategic recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry think tanks
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators impacting future business models
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation and market disruption
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi Method)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
