- Develop innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and market opportunities

- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and influence executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in anticipating technological disruptions and translating them to business value
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leader in technology or innovation publications
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and trend analysis
