Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, climate, and societal domains to identify 2026 disruptors
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist partners and academic collaborators
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and impact assessment frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Strong network within tech policy, sustainability, or emerging tech communities
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
