Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and R&D strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging startups and investment opportunities
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and curate proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into market-ready strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies publications
