Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and market trends to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate disruptive innovations in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Produce executive briefings and white papers on future-of-work scenarios and digital transformation
- Partner with product teams to integrate futurist insights into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Present future-vision frameworks to investors, boards, and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership (published papers, patents, or keynote presentations)
