Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across product, service, and operational domains
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into corporate planning cycles
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at industry forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions through agile experimentation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify future opportunity landscapes through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with data-driven foresight tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
