Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2030
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation through workshops and thought leadership
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks for strategic investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Strong background in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, biotechnology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership or patents in future-oriented fields
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
