Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and foresight research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptive forces
- Develop and communicate strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to cultivate a culture of innovation and future-readiness
- Analyze global macroeconomic shifts and technological convergence to inform strategic decisions
- Represent the company at global forums, publishing thought leadership on future scenarios
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and actionable strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-uncertainty environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
