Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes and consumer behavior shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present future-state recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for technology adoption forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Portfolio of 3+ future-proofing initiatives delivered to Fortune 500 clients
