You'll work directly with our C-suite and R&D teams to identify emerging trends, conduct scenario planning, and translate future insights into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to prepare for future technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development and corporate strategy
- Present foresight findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts, thought leaders, and academic partners for trend intelligence
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, thought leadership publications, and internal futurism training
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies including horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong business acumen with experience translating future insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate visionary concepts clearly
- Track record of published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
