Responsibilities

- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D pipeline and product development cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on organizational transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
