Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-generation innovations
- Design and implement corporate foresight training programs for leadership teams
- Represent the company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
- Maintain a real-time innovation dashboard tracking 200+ emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing future-oriented concepts
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in predictive modeling and trend visualization
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (books, journals, patents)
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-LE, cross-impact matrix)
- Ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
