In this pivotal position, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to shape our innovation roadmap, identify disruptive opportunities, and translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies. Your work will directly influence our product development, market expansion, and competitive positioning in the rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging tech domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruptors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into product development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on emerging technologies and their business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
