- Advise R&D teams on emerging ethical and regulatory implications
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong background in emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
