Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and thought leadership content for C-suite executives
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology assessments (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful foresight programs
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies proficiency
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
