Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Author high-impact whitepapers and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight practice
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in foresight, innovation strategy, or R&D leadership
- Published research on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., TrendMapper, HorizonScan)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
