Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Present future outlooks to investors, clients, and internal leadership teams
- Mentor junior strategists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend forecasting
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful implementations
