As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your work will directly influence product development, market expansion, and long-term corporate strategy in the rapidly evolving landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Deliver strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders on market disruption opportunities
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation with measurable KPIs
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation incubation team for 2026-vetted projects
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and invest in transformative startups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience managing high-budget R&D projects ($5M+)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., ACIF, CPSO)
