As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll translate complex data into actionable roadmaps while fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and lead cross-continental research projects
- Drive adoption of emerging tools (quantum computing, predictive analytics) in strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
