Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy by synthesizing technological, social, and economic trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to drive strategic alignment
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government bodies to capture cutting-edge insights
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities before market emergence
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-thinking across all organizational levels
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated success in translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published futures research or innovation frameworks with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
