Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Technology Horizon Report' analyzing emerging trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Advise executive team on strategic investments in breakthrough technologies
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for scaling moonshot projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive briefings and industry keynotes
- Drive organizational culture of 'future-readiness' through training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Credibility with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (papers, patents, or books)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
