- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into core development cycles
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics and societal impact
- Mentor junior futurists while building a global network of industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in AI evolution, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
