Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on emerging markets and regulatory landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on future-proofing strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, industry experts, and design thinkers
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or industry journals
- Deep technical knowledge in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic adaptation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent training
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
