Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic vision maps across fintech, biotech, and climate-tech verticals
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives using AI-driven forecasting tools
- Architect innovation incubators for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Present future-state blueprints to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Proven track record of translating future trends into revenue-generating initiatives
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi methods, AI forecasting)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Experience with global stakeholder management across 3+ continents
