Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop and present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Create strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-vision initiatives
- Author high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, WFS) required
