Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop actionable strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, climate tech, and AI ethics domains
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-functional strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic change methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
