Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies including quantum AI and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating 5-10 year foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published research in futures or technology journals (strongly preferred)
- Experience leading multi-departmental strategic initiatives
