- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Identify investment opportunities in emerging ecosystems
- Maintain proprietary database of trend signals and weak signals
- Represent company at 15+ industry conferences annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership on future trends (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executive strategy
- Portfolio of successful 5+ year predictions
