Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technology adoption across 15+ industries
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce white papers on AI ethics, climate tech, and quantum applications
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on future-of-work studies
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Forums
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, climate tech, or quantum computing
- Portfolio of 3+ horizon-scanning projects for Fortune 100 clients
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization
