Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, social dynamics, and regulatory landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on disruptive forces
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Monitor global signals and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing successful 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and driving organizational change
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network with futurist communities and academic institutions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred (e.g., CFSD)
