- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints focused on long-term market positioning
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers on future-state transformations
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking global R&D investments and patent landscapes
- Design organizational resilience strategies for anticipated systemic disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong track record translating foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
