Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 markets
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight models for strategic decision-making
- Architect future-state roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market opportunities
- Present executive-level insights to C-suite stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing initiatives
