Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready organizational structures
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database using machine learning tools
- Mentor junior futurists while driving innovation in our predictive analytics methodology
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFrA) or equivalent analytical rigor
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work for 2020-2025 predictions
