As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify paradigm shifts in climate technology, AI ethics, and circular economies. Your insights will directly influence product development and corporate strategy, ensuring we remain 3 steps ahead of market evolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market conditions
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Design innovation workshops for clients to co-create future-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting long-term tech deployment
- Author thought leadership content on future-proof business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects delivered
