Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-computer interaction
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks with quantifiable impact assessments
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for global stakeholders
- Champion innovation workshops and cross-functional hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and investment recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning frameworks for C-level audiences
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic foresight deliverables
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) or equivalent professional designation
