Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives analyzing technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across emerging sectors
- Design and facilitate immersive future-vision workshops with executive leadership teams
- Author high-impact trend briefs and predictive intelligence reports for board-level audiences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy and risk mitigation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional credential preferred
