Responsibilities
- Develop and publish horizon-scanning reports on emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating exponential change in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and data-driven trend analysis
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in high-impact decision-making processes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members of Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis across technology, sociology, economics, and environmental systems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, reports)
- Experience advising organizations on navigating disruptive technological transitions
