Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development, market entry, and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-vision implementation
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-gen research initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and analytical techniques
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
