Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and actionable recommendations for product development
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry talks, and advisory boards
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept visualization
- Portfolio showcasing foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
