Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year strategic frameworks for 2026 technology adoption and market disruption
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Establish cross-functional innovation incubators for prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patentable technologies and IP strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future intelligence network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Strong network with academic research institutions and venture capital firms
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
