Responsibilities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to map technological and societal trends through 2030
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) for commercial viability and ethical implications
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Produce thought leadership content on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published author or speaker on future-focused topics
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
