Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal, and market trends to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate innovation initiatives with 5-year horizons
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-augmented analytics
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
