- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on long-term vision
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate exponential technologies and validate market viability
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing scenario plans for post-2025 landscapes
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trend Monitor, Cassandra, Superforecasting)
