Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 5-10 year business impacts
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with data-driven predictive modeling
- Build and maintain an international network of futurist thought leaders
- Advise senior leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving markets
- Drive innovation sprints focused on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural contexts
